Ao encomendar comigo você concorda com meus Termos de Serviço. Não me responsabilizo caso não os tenha lido.

DIREITOS E PROPRIEDADE➤ Tenho o direito de recusar seu pedido por qualquer motivo;➤ É obrigatório me dar os créditos ao postar a comissão em qualquer lugar;➤ O cliente pode escolher ser marcado ou não em meus posts;➤ Se a comissão contiver conteúdo confidencial, vou incluir uma data especificada para postar;➤ O prazo padrão de entrega é de até 30 dias; pode ser maior dependendo da complexidade, mas isso será comunicado se for o caso.EXPLICAÇÃO ADICIONAL➤ Comissões com prioridade pulam a lista de espera e serão feitas o mais rápido possível.➤ Comissões de uso comercial estão relacionadas a ganhos financeiros que envolvem consumidores (camisetas, banners, canecas, cadernos, etc.)➤ Comissões de conteúdo monetizado são para serem usadas em plataformas feitas para gerar lucro (YouTube, Twitch, etc.);PAGAMENTO➤ 100% adiantado ou 50% antes de começar e 50% após concluído;➤ Começarei a comissão assim que o pagamento for confirmado e a arte final não será entregue até que o pagamento final seja confirmado;➤ O reembolso só se aplica antes do esboço ser finalizado ou caso eu não consiga concluir sua comissão no prazo ou por outro motivo pessoal.TAXAS EXTRAS➤ Serão adicionadas no valor final. As taxas estão listadas no formulário.ATUALIZAÇÕES DO PROCESSO➤ Após confirmar a comissão, você receberá um link para acompanhar o status. É uma página onde atualizo o andamento de cada comissão;➤ Além disso, atualizarei o cliente por mensagem sobre esboços, alterações e qualquer detalhe que eu precise de confirmação antes de continuar.PROCESSO & ALTERAÇÕES➤ Fichas de referência dos personagens são muito bem-vindas;➤ Por favor, forneça o máximo de referências possível para que eu possa oferecer exatamente o que você está imaginando;➤ Um esboço será enviado para ajustes antes de prosseguir.

By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service. I'm not responsible in case you haven't read them.

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP➤ I have the right to deny your request for any reason;➤ As the artist, I have the right to post your commission on my social media/portfolio;➤ It is required to tag me when posting the commission anywhere;➤ The commissioner can choose to be tagged or not;➤ If the commission is confidential content in any form, I’ll include a specific date to post it.➤ If I find my already made work is being used for commercial use without disclosing it, there will be a bigger than initial commercial charge of the price of the product being sold + 100% + fee;➤ Usual delivery time limit is 30 days; it can be more depending on the complexity but it will be communicated if it’s the case.ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION➤ Priority commissions skip the waitlist and will be done as soon as possible.➤ Commercial use commissions are related to financial gains that require customers (T-shirts, banners, mugs, notebooks, etc.)➤ Monetized content commissions are related to content for platforms made to gain profit (Youtube, Twitch, etc.);PAYMENT➤ Either 100% upfront or 50% before starting and 50% after done;➤ I will not start neither deliver the piece until the payment is confirmed;➤ Paypal invoice via USD only;➤ Refund only applies if I’m unable to complete your commission in time or at all.EXTRA FEES➤ Will be added to the final price. The fees are listed in the request formPROCESS UPDATES➤ After confirming the commission, you’ll receive a link to my commission statuses. It’s a page where I update each of my client’s commissions status and at which part of the process I'm at;➤ Additionally I will update the client by message on the sketches, changes and anything I may need confirmation before continuing.PROCESS & CHANGES➤ Reference sheets of the characters is very much appreciated;➤ Please provide as many references you can so I can offer you what you’re imagining;➤ A sketch will be sent to ask for adjustments before starting.
